Meet the Doctors

Drs. Scott and Melissa

Drs. Scott and Melissa selected Hastings, MN to open Millner Family Chiropractic (MFC) over 22 years ago. Their practice has grown over time building upon their shared passion of helping people of all ages experience the greatest level of health the most natural means available.

Soon after opening MFC, an even bigger dream was born: Owning a health facility where people in Hastings and the surrounding communities could experience a new natural approach to whole person care. With the opening of Health Solutions Center, the dream has now become a reality. Health Solutions Center (HSC) is a gathering of like-minded health professionals, all in one building, offering scientifically backed services for whole person care.

Dr. Scott is one of the first doctors of chiropractic to have earned the prestigious status of Certified Chiropractic Wellness Practitioner (C.C.W.P.) He successfully completed the comprehensive post graduate educational program and was awarded the C.C.W.P. status by the International Chiropractors Association’s Council on Wellness Science.

Dr. Melissa has earned her Diplomate in chiropractic Pediatrics with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA.) This three year, 360 hour postgraduate course has armed her with the advanced skills and techniques to better care for children and pregnant woman.

The specialized training gives the doctors the ability to find and correct the source of your health concern through individualized care plans versus the more conventional practice of treating and masking your symptoms.

“True health is so very valuable. We believe with proper education and knowledge, people gain more control over their health than they previously thought possible. We are truly excited to share our vision of total body care with you. Come experience well rounded, whole person, corrective care approach at Health Solutions Center. Hundreds of local and professional athletes worldwide have used ARPwave technology along with the “In-Balance” technique for injury prevention, accelerated recovery, and improved performance. ARPwave is a patented, FDA approved method for working with various types of soft tissue injuries. ARPwave finds the origin of the pain, treats it and rapidly eliminates the symptoms for real results – fast. Typically the pain symptoms are reduced about 25% after one ARP treatment.

The “In Balance” technique is a blend of applied kinesiology and functional neurology that highlights the “disconnects” in how the nervous system is communicating with the muscles. Slow or weak communication will cause the muscles to respond late and with less strength.

Once these “disconnects” are stabilized (think of gapping a spark plug properly) the absorption and transfer of force is maximized. Along with the ARP  protocols compensation patterns can now be eliminated, increased circulation optimized healing, overall strength and stability increase and recovery time is greatly shortened.

The ARPwave machine can also permeate scar tissue, increase the circulation in the area, and flush the toxins from inflammation and scar tissue out of the body.

After achieving unparalleled results with my personal injuries as well as my family’s I decided that this was my “missing link.” After years of various therapies and unacceptable results I had finally found what worked. The proof is in the results reported from friends, family, and clients!!

Tammy was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She moved to Bay City, WI in 2016 with her husband, Greg.  Her favorite part of the job is when she notices a distinct change in a patient.  To see someone who once was in pain now walk into our office with a smile on their face is quite gratifying.

Aubrie is so excited to be a part of the team at Millner Family Chiropractic! Since 2014 she's been on her own health and wellness journey and she has a huge passion for helping people. One of her favorite things about the job is seeing the difference when someone walks in the doors, to when they leave with a look of relief on their face. Learning about people is one of her favorite things and she can't wait to meet so many more while working at the office! In her spare time she likes to go on hikes with her husband and their dog Scout, learn about nutrition, watch Netflix, and of course get adjustments!
